No, mental skills training is not therapy. While mental health and mental performance do overlap, Snap’s focus is on optimizing performance. We are strong advocates for mental health and aim to empower athletes with skills to strengthen both their mindset and well-being.
Since Snap does not have licensed psychologists on staff, any mental health concerns will be referred to a licensed professional who can collaborate with Snap to support the athlete’s overall growth.
